Food Services

Food plan meals are served in Cascade Dining, at the center of the Cascade dorm complex. Cash is also accepted from those not buying the meal plan, although summer food quantities are officially planned based on the number of meal plans sold.
Weekday lunches are available in the Stevenson Union food court. Choices in 2006 included pizza, Mexican, Japanese, Mediterranean, grill orders, soups, salads, and sandwiches. The meal plan covers everything except commercially packaged foods. Cash and plastic are gladly accepted.
Friday burger barbecues are sometimes held on the Stevenson Union patio. Meal plan cards and cash are both accepted.
